Job Summary
The Project Operations Head – Mandate Sales will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations of mandate projects, including project setup, site operations, team performance, and developer coordination. The role also requires strong capability in creating professional project presentations, pitch decks, and sales material to support developer onboarding and client presentations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Setup & Management
- Set up new mandate projects including site office, sales process, and team deployment
- Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, schemes, and approvals
- Ensure smooth day-to-day project operations
Sales & Target Management
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for mandate projects
- Monitor sales funnel, walk-ins, site visits, and conversions
- Coach and supervise sales managers and site teams
Project Presentation & Pitching
- Prepare project presentations, sales decks, and pitch slides for developers, investors, and clients
- Create project profiles including location advantages, pricing, inventory, payment plans, and USPs
- Ensure all sales teams are trained on project decks and selling points
Client & Developer Coordination
- Act as the key SPOC between SPACENEST and developers
- Conduct developer meetings, project reviews, and performance updates
- Resolve escalations related to site sales, pricing, or inventory
Reporting & MIS
- Track daily sales, bookings, and collections
- Provide project-wise MIS, conversion reports, and forecasts to management
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 6+ year’s experience in real estate mandate or project sales
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial projects
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and project sales kits
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and process-driven
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Director / Founder
Supervises: Sales Managers, Site Teams
Working Conditions
- Based out of office and multiple project sites
- Requires regular interaction with developers, sales teams, and clients
- Occasional travel for project meetings and launches
