Senior Closing Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Closing Manager is responsible for driving deal closures by managing client negotiations, site sales teams, and ensuring maximum conversion of qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the closing team across projects
  • Handle high-value clients and critical negotiations
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly closure targets
  • Coordinate with sourcing, CRM, and post-sales teams
  • Track conversions, bookings, and revenue
  • Train closing executives on objection handling and deal structuring

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 6+ years experience in real estate closing
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented

Reporting Structure

Reports to: GM – Sales / VP – Sales
Supervises: Closing Managers, Site Sales Teams

Working Conditions

  • Office and site-based
