Job Summary
The GM – Sales is responsible for overall revenue generation, sales performance, and execution of sales strategy across all projects of SPACENEST.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all sales, sourcing, and mandate teams
- Drive company-wide sales targets and growth
- Approve pricing, schemes, and deal structures
- Build high-performing sales leadership
- Review MIS, forecasts, and market trends
- Maintain developer relationships
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years in real estate sales leadership
- Strong strategic, financial, and leadership capabilities
