Job Summary
The Head – Post Sales & Collections will manage all customer relationships after booking, ensuring documentation, loan coordination, and timely collections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage booking, agreement, and possession process
- Coordinate with banks for home loan processing
- Track and ensure customer payments and collections
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Coordinate with developers for handovers
- Maintain post-sales MIS and customer records
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5+ years in real estate post-sales & collections
- Strong customer handling and coordination skills
