Job Summary
The Head – Sourcing will lead all client acquisition and lead generation activities for SPACENEST Real Estate Advisory. The role focuses on building a strong sourcing team, generating high-quality prospects, and ensuring a continuous pipeline for the sales and mandate teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for residential and commercial projects
- Build, train, and manage sourcing executives and channel partners
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities
- Ensure quality lead flow to Mandate Sales and Closing teams
- Track daily sourcing productivity and conversions
- Coordinate with Marketing for campaign follow-ups
- Develop relationships with brokers, CPs, and local influencers
- Prepare sourcing MIS and performance reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in real estate sourcing
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and data-oriented
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Director / Founder
Supervises: Sourcing Executives, Channel Partners
Working Conditions
- Office and field-based
- Requires regular site visits and broker meetings
