General Manager – Sales

Job Summary

The GM – Sales is responsible for overall revenue generation, sales performance, and execution of sales strategy across all projects of SPACENEST.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales, sourcing, and mandate teams
  • Drive company-wide sales targets and growth
  • Approve pricing, schemes, and deal structures
  • Build high-performing sales leadership
  • Review MIS, forecasts, and market trends
  • Maintain developer relationships

Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in real estate sales leadership
  • Strong strategic, financial, and leadership capabilities

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Director / Founder

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with frequent project and developer meetings
