Head – Sourcing

Job Summary

The Head – Sourcing will lead all client acquisition and lead generation activities for SPACENEST Real Estate Advisory. The role focuses on building a strong sourcing team, generating high-quality prospects, and ensuring a continuous pipeline for the sales and mandate teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for residential and commercial projects
  • Build, train, and manage sourcing executives and channel partners
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities
  • Ensure quality lead flow to Mandate Sales and Closing teams
  • Track daily sourcing productivity and conversions
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaign follow-ups
  • Develop relationships with brokers, CPs, and local influencers
  • Prepare sourcing MIS and performance reports

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in real estate sourcing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and data-oriented

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Director / Founder
Supervises: Sourcing Executives, Channel Partners

Working Conditions

  • Office and field-based
  • Requires regular site visits and broker meetings
