Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage portals, social media, and advertising
- Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams for lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Handle branding, creatives, and project launches
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Ensure consistent brand positioning
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 4+ years in real estate marketing
- Strong digital marketing, branding, and analytics skills

Reports to: Director / Founder
Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional site/event visits
