The Site Head manages day-to-day sales operations at a project site, ensuring smooth client handling, team performance, and developer coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage site sales team and walk-ins
- Ensure site readiness, inventory, and pricing updates
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations
- Achieve site-wise sales targets
- Coordinate with CRM and post-sales for bookings
- Maintain daily site MIS and walk-in reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate
- 4+ years in real estate site sales
- Strong client handling and coordination skills
