Job Summary

The VP – Sales & CRM is responsible for driving revenue, sales operations, CRM performance, and customer experience across all projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, sourcing, CRM, and closing teams
  • Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales strategy and revenue targets
  • Monitor CRM, lead flow, and pipeline management
  • Review project performance and escalation handling
  • Coordinate with marketing and post-sales

Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • 8+ years in real estate sales leadership
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills

Reports to: Director / Founder

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with site and developer meetings
