Job Summary
The VP – Sales & CRM is responsible for driving revenue, sales operations, CRM performance, and customer experience across all projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee sales, sourcing, CRM, and closing teams
- Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Drive sales strategy and revenue targets
- Monitor CRM, lead flow, and pipeline management
- Review project performance and escalation handling
- Coordinate with marketing and post-sales
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 8+ years in real estate sales leadership
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills
